In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — identified by shared name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances.
2.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or participate in any promotion: (a) employees of qq889 or its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of qq889 employees; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform or from any other licensed gambling operator; (d) persons previously barred by qq889 for any reason.

3.3 Credentials and Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any other person — is your sole responsibility. You must notify qq889 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. qq889 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, or when qq889 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension. Accepted documents include: (a) a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP or e-KTP); (b) a valid Indonesian passport; (c) recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and (d) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). qq889 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed and displayed in IDR.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. qq889 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and digital-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. qq889 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.
4.2 Platform Fees. qq889 does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. You may, however, be subject to fees imposed by your own bank or e-wallet provider, over which qq889 has no control.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to Members via the cashier section of the Platform.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. qq889 targets a withdrawal processing time of two (2) hours from the time a withdrawal request is approved. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are frequently completed in under thirty (30) minutes. Bank-transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; qq889 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
4.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account holder differs from the registered Member — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an AML (anti-money laundering) review, Account suspension, and reporting obligations.
4.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. qq889 applies a "return to source" policy whereby withdrawals will, wherever technically possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. qq889 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of those Bonus Funds or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page at the time the offer is made.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. qq889 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has abused the bonus system, created multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or provided false information in order to qualify for a promotion.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free-spin allocations that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
5.5 qq889's Right to Amend Promotions. qq889 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. 6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. 8.1 Ownership. All content on the qq889 Platform — including but not limited to the qq889 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, design, graphics, text, audio, video, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of qq889 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. qq889 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 8.3 Restrictions. 11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 11.3 Cap on Liability. qq889's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. qq889 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms that is caused by a Force Majeure Event. qq889 will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal service as quickly as possible following a Force Majeure Event.
11.5 Third-Party Content. The Platform may display content supplied by third-party game providers, data suppliers, and software vendors. qq889 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any third-party content and accepts no liability for any loss arising from your reliance on it.
12.1 Closure by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting qq889 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
12.2 Closure by qq889. qq889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; (d) where continued operation of the Account would expose qq889 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or (e) receipt of a charge-back or payment dispute from a Member's bank.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure for breach, qq889 reserves the right to forfeit any and all Balances, including real-money funds, where such closure is attributable to fraudulent or dishonest conduct. Where closure is not attributable to Member misconduct, qq889 will return the real-money Balance as described in Clause 12.1.
13.1 Right to Amend. qq889 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and/or via email to the registered address on file. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of Members' rights) may be made without specific notification.
13.2 Acceptance of Revised Terms. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
